What is the minimum order requirement?

The minimum order requirement is $150. We also sell certain purses by the case only, such as our clearance or initial bags.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We do guarantee that our purses are high quality and affordable. If by any chance, you are not satisfied with your order, just call for a Return Authorization Number and we will refund you the full amount. Our return policy is here.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as money orders and company checks (if approved for credit).

How are the purses shipped?

Our purses are shipped through UPS Ground Service.

Can you track my order?

Since we use UPS, orders can be tracked once they are shipped. If you have any questions regarding your order before it's shipped, please feel free to call us at any time.

If I order today, when will my order be sent?

Orders are sent as we receive them. We try to send orders out on the same day the order is placed or by the next business day.

What if any of my shipment is damaged when I receive it?

Just send it back and we'll either replace or refund the order. We've never had any problems with UPS damaging a product and our purses are well protected in individual bags and packing materials. Before you send it back, you must call and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the order. Shipping is the actual cost by UPS.

Can I place an order online?

Because we are a wholesale company and sell in bulk, we do not sell directly online. We accept orders over the phone at (407) 249-9775 or by fax. Fax ordering information is here.
